No - we can only be booked through company accounts. Feel free to talk to your HR department and pass on our contact, then we will send you a suitable offer.

Sign in to our portal with just a few details. You can then view all available nannies based on your location, filter information and the childcare time you require. Check out the profiles and choose together with your kids. You will receive confirmation within a very short time and can then sit back and relax. We will send your address to the nanny and pay the heynanny fee easily online. If you would like additional nanny offers, you have the option to place an ad on our portal.

Absolutely. With a little flexibility and a look at your recent bookings, you can book again. In case the appointments don't match, all other nannies are of course available to you.

The earlier you book, the more choices and free time slots from our nannies you have. But since we absolutely want to provide you with short-term support, we make sure that there are enough flexible and spontaneous nannies in our network. Your appointment request will be confirmed at short notice if you make a suitable booking. So that you can (re) plan quickly. Payment for short-term bookings is possible up to one hour before the appointment. For express bookings (<12h), the nanny receives an additional 5€/h.

If employees cover childcare expenses themselves, these can be deducted from tax. By the way, it is a prerequisite that there is a receipt and payment is made as a bank transfer. We always meet these requirements.

Do you have to cancel your booked nanny? This can happen, and the agreed appointment will then be canceled directly in your profile on www.heynanny.online.

If the cancellation is made up to 24 hours before the booked date, we will refund you the full costs. The same applies if the nanny does not show up for the booked date or cancels in advance.

We are available throughout Germany, even outside major cities in more rural regions.
