Information on the Right of Withdrawal and Withdrawal Form
Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can be attributed neither to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity (cf. Art. 40a CO):

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose, although it is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund.
If you have expressly requested that the services begin during the cancellation period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you notify us of your exercise of the right of cancellation with respect to this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
