Founded from two experiences
heycare — formerly Heynanny — was founded in 2022 by Anna Schneider and Julia Kahle. Both come from HR and have experienced in their companies what it means when a corporate culture makes reconciliation possible — or not. Anna saw how mental stress leads to long outages. Julia quit her management position because a lack of structures simply made work and family incompatible.
These experiences have led to the conviction that employees do not need superficial offers, but support that really matters. The combination of EAP and family services — with mental health, childcare, care and pet support — creates what was important to us: real, preventive relief in everyday life.
Started with a focus on childcare, it quickly became clear that the topics that burden employees cannot be separated. That is why heynanny became heycare — a name that shows what we really stand for: holistic support that takes into account the realities of life of employees and helps companies create a culture in which people remain efficient in the long term.
