Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or independent professional activity (see Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB)).

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract was concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement, such as a letter sent by post or an email, informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

If you have expressly requested that the services commence during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time at which you inform us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal in relation to this contract, compared with the total scope of services provided for in the contract.
