heycare appoints Sana Piracha to its leadership team

Munich, 29 April 2026 – The experienced finance expert and qualified business economist has already been closely associated with heycare as a business angel and advisory board member.

Most recently, Piracha actively supported the successful financing round. Since the beginning of the year, she has been part of the operational leadership team, making her responsible for the company's financial strategy.

heycare founders Anna Schneider and Julia Kahle thus secure Piracha's in-depth expertise in M&A, corporate finance, and fundraising. Piracha boasts an impressive career in investment banking and private equity, including at Lazard and OneEquity Partners.

Focus: Internationalization and Operational Excellence

In her new role, the CFO will play an active role in shaping the next growth phase and lay the financial foundation for further expansion in the DACH region and beyond.

In addition to Piracha, other distinguished individuals are strengthening the management team: Sören Harder, an experienced media professional (formerly with SPIEGEL, ARD, among others), has been responsible for heycare's strategic communications as Director Communications since the beginning of the year. Furthermore, Jakob Hahn, a distinguished expert, was recruited as Head of Partnerships, and he is significantly driving the development and expansion of the sales team.
